Corporate Wellness
Wellness as a Business Strategy
Corporate Wellness and Why it is Important?
When discussing employee well-being employers used to concentrate on health benefits, but we now understand that employee well-being entails more than simply the absence of sickness among
workers. Workplace wellness is concerned with improving the health of all employees and
it's not just about physical well-being, but also about other aspects of well-being that
cannot be overlooked when discussing healthy and well-functioning people or
employees. Corporate wellness programs are intended to promote
and encourage a comprehensive approach to employee health.
Implementing a corporate wellness solution that goes
beyond conventional wellness programs fosters
healthy behaviours and improves health
outcomes while improving productivity,
optimizing human resource
investments, and
enhancing employee engagement.
Covid-19 & Employee Wellness
With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, companies recognized the effect employee well-being had on performance, and therefore on company outcomes.
The pandemic brought in a massive awareness about the urgent requirements for employee wellness initiatives. Companies needed to discover methods to meet their employees' growing demand for empathy.

Employee Health is a Resource
Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, employee well-being was a hot topic. The corporate sector was becoming more aware of the negative impacts of conditions like obesity, diabetes and lifestyle diseases. These conditions along with Mental Health challenges were hurting the individuals, their families but also significantly the employers.
Poor employee health leading to lost employee productivity, costs multiple times the direct medical cost. Studies have found that overweight employees lose 13 times as many workdays
My Approach:
My Wellness approach unifies the wellness experience, enabling an organisation to build a comprehensive and customised program, tailored to the organisation's culture.
My approach is driven by data, personalisation and real engagement with the organisation, its employees and the leadership. I design the program to make it fun and interactive; yet
very informative and culturally relevant, with a compassionate approach to
employee wellbeing; the engagement naturally follows. Administrators
love the flexibility and the power to plan together,
analyse the program and then implement it.
